Accommodation Policy

Booking Policy

To make a reservation at the accommodation, a deposit equivalent to two nights’ stay is required, which must be paid within 2 business days to the bank account we will provide. For a stay of 2 nights, the deposit is the cost of one night, and for stays longer than 10 days, a deposit of 25% of the total stay cost is required. If the deposit is not paid within 2 business days, the reservation request will be canceled, and the apartment will be offered to the next customer.
Your full name must be included with your deposit.
If a double room is occupied by one person, the full price of the double room will be charged.
Any bank fees are solely your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your reservation for any reason. Cancellation applies to the entire reservation and not to a portion of it.
If the cancellation is made at least 21 days before your arrival, the full deposit will be refunded (any associated fees are borne by the guest).
In case of cancellation during the stay, you are required to pay for the days you have stayed plus an additional compensation equal to 50% of the cost for the remaining canceled period.
If the cancellation is made 21 days or less before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Accommodation Terms

On the day of your arrival, your apartment will be available from 14:00 onwards.
On the day of your departure, you must vacate the apartment before 12:00. The departure day is not charged.
If you remain in the apartment on the departure day after 12:00 and until 18:00, you will be charged 50% of the nightly rate.
If you remain after 18:00, you will be charged for the full nightly rate.
You are required to comply with quiet hours.
During your stay, you have the right to use the apartment and the shared courtyard.
The apartment amenities do not include free provision of an umbrella/sunbed set at the beach, but this is subject to the policy of the beach refreshment area.

Pet Policy

Keeping any kind of pets is not permitted inside the apartment or in the shared courtyard.
